Please do the following steps if there is any issue in downloading
Remove the pop-up blocker, if installed.
Close all the open browsers. Open new one.
Go to Tools - Internet Options
Click "Delete Files"
Make the "Delete all offline content" checked on Delete files window.
Click "OK"
Click "OK"
Close the browser.
Open the browser and try again downloading.
If there is a proxy server for accessing the internet, Please do the same above
steps to clean the temporary internet files on proxy server also.
