Investor Grievances
The Exchange has created a dedicated Investor Grievance Cell (IG) which receives all the complaints from inventors/clients against the members and takes them up for resolution with the member.
To lodge a complaint against the Trading Member, the investors/ clients are required to submit a duly filled up Complaint Registration Form.
While filling up the form, the following should be ensured:-
  • Claim amount and statement of calculation should be clearly stated.
  • Copies of documents in support of the claim should be provided.
  • Copies of correspondences exchanged with the member should be provided.

On receipt of the complaint, the IG writes to the member concerned advising them to resolve the complaint and submit detailed explanation to the Exchange. The IG facilitates resolution of the complaint and if the dispute is not resolved at this stage, the client may be advised to avail of the Arbitration facility extended by the Exchange.
